Wright Landscapes implemented a specialist software to help us streamline our service and improve our ability to track our jobs.

Jobs are dispatched directly to our operators, who can see all the job details, including any important documents, through their mobile app.  The operator then must answer mandatory safety questions in order to begin the job. Once the job has been started, we instantly see the change back at our office.



Upon completion of the work, our operators will ask our client to sign using the app’s signature capture feature. They can then send a report of the job directly to the client’s email with the push of a button.  A photograph of the site will also be uploaded enabling our Grounds Maintenance Manager to view the condition of the site.  If you have an urgent job to complete, we can locate our nearest operator and send the job directly to their phone.
